About Revive Markets

Revive Markets provides preloved clothing market events and enables individuals (“Sellers”) to book and pay for stalls through our website.

These Terms apply to all users of our website, including visitors, sellers, and customers.

Stall Bookings

By booking a stall through our website, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete

• You are authorised to make the booking and payment

• Your booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received

• Your stall space is reserved exclusively for you once confirmed

Revive Markets reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion if necessary for operational, safety, or legal reasons.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

All stall bookings are non-refundable.

When you book and pay for your stall, you are securing and reserving that space for the event. Once a booking is confirmed, that spot is no longer available to other sellers.

Because of this:

• We do not offer refunds for cancellations

• We do not offer credits for change of mind

• We do not offer transfers to future markets

Please ensure you are fully available before securing your stall.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to find someone to take over your stall (subject to approval by Revive Markets). You must notify us in writing with the new seller’s details prior to the event.

By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.

Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree that:

• You are responsible for your own stall setup, display, and pack down

• You will behave respectfully toward other sellers, customers, and staff

• You will comply with all venue rules and safety requirements

• You will only sell appropriate, legal, and preloved goods

• You will not sell counterfeit, illegal, unsafe, or prohibited items

Revive Markets reserves the right to remove any seller who breaches these terms without refund.

Event Changes or Cancellation by Revive Markets

Revive Markets reserves the right to:

• Change event dates, times, or locations where necessary

• Cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Venue issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Government restrictions

In the event Revive Markets cancels an event, we may offer a transfer or credit at our discretion.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through our website and third-party payment providers.

By making a payment, you agree that:

• You are authorised to use the payment method

• You will not initiate fraudulent chargebacks

• Fees paid are subject to this Terms and Conditions policy

We collect personal information including, but not limited to:

• Name

• Business name (if applicable)

• Payment details

This information is used to:

• Process stall bookings

• Communicate important event information

• Provide customer support

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to interfere with website functionality

• Attempt to access restricted areas without permission

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revive Markets is not liable for:

• Loss of income, sales, or profits

• Loss or damage to personal property

• Theft, damage, or loss of goods

• Injury sustained during events

Sellers participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Revive Markets harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in our events or breach of these Terms.
